Greenville, KY

I transplanted the five blueberry bushes in the North along the forest edge. I transplanted the Lemon Balm near the hügelkultur, and the Common Milkweed and Purple Coneflower in the barren area near the brush pile.

Broadcasted and/or sowed Chicory Greens, Serrano Tampequino Pepper, Danvers 126 Carrot, Pacific Beauty Calendula Mix, and Rocky Ford Honey Dew Melon in the North around or in the barren areas. In the sawdust, I sowed Kolb’s Gem Watermelon, Rocky Ford Honey Dew Melon, Tennessee Red Valencia Peanuts, Sacred Basil, and Green Velvet Okra.

Along the southern forest edge I sowed the Paw paw seeds (from Frankfort). I transplanted Lemon Grass and Hairy Mountain Mint (?).

Transplanted Comfrey near the compost pile and Bee Balm in the barren area new the brush pile. Transplanted Hackberry seedlings near the ditch line along the eastern edge.

Put crushed egg shells and peanut shells in the northern edge—primarily around the barren area. Sowed purple potatoes (2) near the hügelkultur.
