Description
This Infused Oil is dedicated to Ingi Rangi—Swahili meaning "many colors"—our family dog who was killed when Irucka Ajani and I were in middle school. Prior to his untimely death, while we were in elementary school, our father made a poultice using Comfrey, Boneset, Plantain, and another herb to help heal his fractured leg. In making this Infused Oil, Obiora incorporated these same herbs along with other herbs that are good for the skin and can aid the body in healing itself.
Aloe Vera leaf, Comfrey leaf, Stinging Nettle stems and leaves, Horsetail (Equisetem Hyemale), Comfrey root, White Oak bark, Solomon’s Seal root, American Boneset, Myrrh, Yarrow leaves, Woolly Mullein leaf, Organic Marshmallow Root, St. John's Wort, Great Burdock leaf, Wormwood, Lobelia, and White Yarrow leaves are aged for over eight months in Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
