Indigenous Land Acknowledgement

Indigenous peoples have always lived on the land that is now called Kentucky, and continue to live here today. The place we now call Kentucky was primarily Shawanwaki/Shawnee, Cherokee, Chickasaw, and Osage land.

Greenville, KY was Yuchi, Shawanwaki/Shawnee, Eastern Band Cherokee, Chickasaw, and Osage land.

And thank you to all of the spirits that have watched over the land that we now call Martin Acres and that continue to watch over this land as it continues to heal from decades of extraction.
