Greenville, KY

Poured out Kefir in the large barren in a circle. Harvested Winged Sumac to freeze. Harvested wild Elderberries to dry. The Elderberry bush is not looking good. Cut back some of the bramble crowding it out and the Japanese Honeysuckle growing behind it. Looked at the Turmeric, Corn, Beans, and Squash family plants that are growing. Tasted the Mint growing on the east side of the northern brush pile. Saw a lot more Winged Sumac that has fruit (may harvest more Reunion weekend). Saw 4 or 5 different varieties of Goldenrod and a hummingbird.
